MCS is delighted to be partnering with a valued client to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their growing recruitment function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and drive talent acquisition strategy across multiple international markets within a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

The Role

- Leading, mentoring, and developing the recruitment team to deliver efficient, high-volume hiring outcomes

- Designing and implementing effective sourcing strategies across multiple geographies and disciplines

- Overseeing proactive talent pipeline development to meet both immediate and future project demands

- Partnering with senior leadership to align recruitment activity with business goals and project timelines

- Managing relationships with external platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and partner agencies

- Ensuring a consistent, engaging, and professional candidate experience across all recruitment touchpoints

The Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience leading a recruitment or talent acquisition function

- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team

- Confident managing multiple vacancies and priorities across different regions and disciplines

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
