Systems Analyst (ERP Focus)

MCS Group are delighted to once again partner with one of our valued clients as they look to hire a Systems Analyst.

You'll be stepping into a collaborative and highly capable internal team who have already achieved impressive progress, rolling out new ERP modules across multiple business units. Your role will be to ensure these developments land effectively across the organisation, providing analysis, support, and guidance as the business continues to evolve its systems.

This is a chance to play a pivotal role in a business-critical project, gaining exposure to new modules and processes in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment.

(Working model depends on location, offices in Ireland and abroad - Flexibility to hire fully remote, this search will be talent led)

The Role

• Support the ongoing NetSuite implementation across multiple business units.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Ensure new modules are effectively embedded, tested, and aligned with business needs.
• Provide day-to-day system support, troubleshooting, and optimisation.
• Liaise with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of ongoing improvements

The Person

• Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, ideally within ERP or large-scale system implementations.
• Exposure to NetSuite is a strong advantage, though ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics etc.) will also be considered.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving ability.
