Support Engineer

MCS Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer with one of Northern Ireland's most exciting and fast-growing organisations in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.

The Role:

• Support and maintain the company's server infrastructure

• Manage and secure endpoint devices

• Monitor and verify backup systems to ensure reliability

• Implement and oversee patch management processes

What you need:

• An HND or Diploma in a computing-related discipline

• A valid networking certification

• Solid experience in IT support within a professional environment
