As they continue their global expansion, the company is now seeking a highly skilled SOC Analyst to join their growing security team - becoming the first UK-based hire within the InfoSec function.

Unlike many SOC roles, this position offers a standard working schedule with no shift work, overtime, or weekend hours required - providing a unique balance of technical impact and work-life harmony. What you'll be doing:
- Monitor and assess threats to enterprise information systems in real time
- Investigate suspicious behaviour and actively respond to security incidents
- Operate and support core security infrastructure across multiple platforms
- Provide hands-on IT support to internal users, including system setups and troubleshooting
- Lead on-site IT support and contribute to special projects as needed

What you need:
- Experience of IT/Security experience (or a related Bachelor's degree with hands-on exposure)
- Experience working in a Security Operations Centre or similar security environment
- Strong understanding of SIEM tools (e.g., LogRhythm, Splunk)
- Comfortable working across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
- Familiarity with IAM practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Desirable but not essential:
- CompTIA Security+ or similar certifications
- Experience leading escalated IT support issues
- Background in regulated or compliance-heavy industries
