MCS Group is proud to be working with a long-established and market-leading manufacturer, to recruit a Site Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities management at their Belfast site. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for maintaining buildings and grounds, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and delivering site improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance, facilities, housekeeping, and site improvements.
• Lead and develop the facilities team, ensuring effective deployment of resources.
• Oversee contractors, utilities, waste management, and environmental compliance.
• Deliver continuous improvement projects across the site.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and KPIs.

About You:

• HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
• NEBOSH or similar Safety/Environmental qualification.
• Recent experience in facilities management, including contractor management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to act on initiative.
