Job Description
MCS Group is seeking a Service Delivery & Change Manager to join a specialist organisation focusing on implementing digital change across its varied client base. In this role you will be required to have a wide knowledge of IT, acting as the main point of contact for key clients to ensure their change requests, and needs are managed, executed and delivered effectively.

The role
- Act as a key point of contact for a variety of clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivered effectively
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports to keep your clients updated on BAU, and project work
- Plan, coordinated and implement change requests across a variety of IT estates
- Ensure service levels are met across a number of teams including application support, Risk & Compliance and other technical teams
Needed to succeed
- An organised, efficient approach to your work and capable of adapting to changing priorities
- A proven track record of delivering digital change - ideally within the software space
- The ability to drive projects forward
- Clear, concise, and effective communication
