About the Opportunity

I'm partnering with a cutting-edge, venture-backed network infrastructure company that's redefining how large-scale networks are built and automated. Off the back of a major new production rollout with a Tier 1 European service provider, they're now hiring their first Solutions Architect in Europe to support this key relationship - and lay the foundation for broader growth across the region.

The Role

As the first Solutions Architect on the ground in Europe, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a newly signed, high-profile client, with occasional on-site work in Amsterdam. You'll lead pre-sales and technical strategy across the account, guiding design, integration, and delivery in partnership with global engineering, product, and commercial teams.

This is a brilliant opportunity to shape client outcomes, build trust at senior technical levels, and help scale the company's EMEA footprint in a high-impact, customer-facing role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading pre-sales discovery, technical validation, and solution design

• Running demos, POCs, and architecture sessions with customer stakeholders

• Supporting successful deployment and ensuring long-term technical success

• Collaborating with product and engineering on feature requests and roadmaps

• Acting as a trusted technical advisor for a strategic Tier 1 customer

• Helping build repeatable processes and frameworks for future EMEA growth

What We're Looking For

• Strong pre-sales or solutions architecture experience within network infrastructure (routing, switching, transport)

• Deep knowledge of protocols like BGP, MPLS, EVPN, Segment Routing

• Familiarity with carrier-grade platforms (Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Arista, etc.)

• Confident communicator who can engage both hands-on engineers and senior stakeholders

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first, fast-paced environment

• Based in the UK, Ireland or EMEA - and open to occasional travel to Amsterdam
