MCS Group is seeking a senior Product Manager for a truly exciting opportunity within one of NI's fastest-growing software companies. Established for a number of years, our client has a platform which helps enterprise organisations (and the people that work in these organisations) day-to-day - to work better, deliver more and to collaborate. This is a super exciting time for the business, with significant investment soon to be announced and with plans to double their headcount by the end of 2025. This is a newly created role in the organisation and will offer an ambitious Product Manager the chance to play a key part in the growth of their Artificial Intelligence offering and working heavily within Machine Learning. On top of this, the Product Manager will play a key role in scaling the overall product division, directly helping this business scale internationally and to truly put their stamp on an amazing product.

The Person

  • Shaping Product Direction in terms of AI/ML - You'll spearhead the development of AI-centric functionalities and features.
  • Driving End-to-End Product Delivery: Take ownership of products from exploration to release. Partner with design, engineering, Machine Learning teams, and commercial teams to shape technical scope, define user journeys, and measure impact through well-defined KPIs.
  • Commercial Strategy and Packaging: Lead the development of business models for AI capabilities. You'll design, test, and iterate on pricing structures to ensure offerings align with customer value and drive revenue growth.
  • Continuous Optimisation Through Data: Build feedback systems that monitor user engagement, model performance, and commercial results. Use this intelligence to experiment, refine, and improve both technical and user-facing aspects of your products.
  • Internal Readiness and Customer Success: Work closely with early adopters and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth rollout. Equip sales, support, and success teams with the training and materials needed to communicate the value of your AI features.
  • Ethical Design and Compliance: Ensure all features are built with transparency, control, and compliance in mind. You'll champion responsible AI development and maintain user trust through clear, ethical product choices.

The Person

  • The Senior Product Manager will have a proven background in working on AI Products (or features) -You'll have a strong track record in product management, particularly with solutions powered by AI or machine learning. You'll have led initiatives that brought AI into user-facing tools.
  • Strong Technical Understanding: You'll have a strong grasp of AI concepts and will be confident navigating technical discussions with the wider engineering team.
  • Customer-Commercial Balance: You pair a deep understanding of user needs with a sharp sense for business impact. You've experimented with pricing strategies, shaped monetisation models, and delivered measurable business outcomes.

Salary - up to £90,000 depending on experience with a benefits package which includes private healthcare and equity.
