Known for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence, the company has created a specialist Administration Project Implementations Team to address major regulatory changes in the pensions industry. With a target to scale the team to 30 people by the end of the year, this is a ground-floor opportunity to be part of building something impactful from scratch.
The Role
The Senior Pensions Project Analyst role is pivotal in delivering high-quality technical pension administration services. Working in a newly created team, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to de-risking activities, GMP reconciliation, benefit analysis, and data validation. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with pension legislation, and identifying process improvements.
- Plan, execute, and monitor technical pension administration projects.
- Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies under supervision.
- Prepare regular project status reports with milestones, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients on project activities.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on pension legislation.
The Person
The ideal candidate for the Senior Pensions Project Analyst role will have a strong background in pensions administration and experience working on bulk projects. A keen analytical mindset and excellent organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Essential:
- Experience delivering administration services to Defined Benefit pension schemes.
- Experience with bulk projects including GMP, data rectification, or de-risking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Desirable:
- Technical pensions and legislative knowledge.
- Experience in a third-party administration environment.
