Senior Implementation Consultant - 4 Day Work Week (US Projects)

Dublin (Hybrid - only 2 days per month) | €70,000-€80,000 + bonus & benefits

This role offers the chance to step into a senior implementation position while embracing a healthier work-life balance. You'll lead complex ERP/Finance system implementations for US clients, working flexible hours (10am-8pm or 12pm-10pm), and in return enjoy a 4-day working week option.

What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle implementations: discovery → design → configuration → data migration → UAT → go-live.

• Configure ERP/Finance systems, build data maps, and manage integrations.

• Troubleshoot APIs and use SQL for analysis/data work.

• Deliver training and confidently handle stakeholders (often Finance/AP).

• Mentor less experienced consultants in your delivery pod.

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience delivering complex, integration-heavy implementations.

• Strong client-facing skills, able to "own the room" with senior stakeholders.

• Technical competence: SQL (read/write) + API understanding.

• ERP/Finance exposure: Sage Intacct, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, or similar.

• Comfortable working US-aligned hours (10am-8pm or 12pm-10pm Irish time).

Nice to Have

• Prior US client delivery experience.

• Background in AP, Payroll, or HRIS systems.

• Scale-up or fast-growth experience.

• Track record of mentoring/leading junior consultants.
