Job Description
MCS Group is proud to be exclusively working with a leading food manufacturing company in County Tyrone, to recruit a Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager.
As a Senior Food Safety & Quality Manager you will work closely with the technical manager to ensue all site technical requirements are met, interact with the technical and operations teams to drive standards and customer expectations.
You will:
- Design, Implement, maintenance and continuous improvement of HACCP based Quality Management System
- Co-Ordinate and Manage HACCP team and activities
- Support the NPD Function to aid new successfully product/ process development
- Monitor factory cleaning and housekeeping to ensure hygiene standards
- Manage daily quality reports
- Take all reasonable measures to ensure the health and safety of all persons working in your control
Essential Requirements
- Experience as a QA Manager
- Experience in managing and delivering KPI improvement
- Leadership skills
Desirable
- Previous experience in the Food Manufacturing
- Possess an advanced Diploma in Applied HACCP Principles
