Senior Content Executive

MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a globally recognised brand to recruit a Senior Content Executive to join the dynamic marketing team and gain exposure to different marketing platforms within a dynamic, growing global team.

This is a full time and permanent position for an ambitious marketing executive / senior marketing executive, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and eager to accelerate their career within a fast-growth, lean environment.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Oversee the development and distribution of high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, and social media content.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and events.
• Setting objectives, identifying target audiences, creating messaging, and selecting the most effective tactics and channels.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and improve return on investment (ROI).
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting market research.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget for assigned campaigns and initiatives, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to achieve strategic objectives.
• Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
• Regularly report on marketing performance to senior marketing leaders and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Degree in a related discipline
• Working knowledge and understanding of SEO practices
• Experience using MailChimp (or similar platform)
• Strong CMS experience
• Significant digital content campaign planning and delivery experience
• Demonstrable experience within a fast-paced Marketing Executive role
• Fully proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook
