A long-established, family-run manufacturing business based in Antrim is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in enhancing business systems, data management, and reporting across the organisation.

The Role

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will act as the link between the business and technical teams, ensuring that systems and data effectively support operational and strategic goals. The role involves optimising and supporting ERP systems, leveraging SQL to manage and interrogate data, and using Power BI to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the optimisation, development, and support of core ERP systems.

• Using SQL to analyse, troubleshoot, and manage business data.

• Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Partnering with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver effective system solutions.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving system enhancements.

• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team.

The Person

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ideally at senior level.

• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (experience with [insert ERP name if applicable]).

• Advanced skills in SQL and Power BI.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to deliver solutions that add real business value.
