Senior Production Support Engineer
Location: Belfast (Hybrid) | Type: Full-Time | Permanent

A leading global technology firm is seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to help manage and evolve its mission-critical trading systems. This role sits at the heart of platform reliability, supporting key institutional users across Europe.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure system stability before and during trading hours

• Provide hands-on support for trade lifecycle and regulatory processes

• Troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, applications, and networks

• Work with global teams to drive automation and cloud adoption

• Support client onboarding and connectivity, particularly via FIX

What You'll Bring:

• Extensive knowledge of Linux and Windows environments

• Strong experience with SQL databases and scripting (e.g., Python or Bash)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)

• Deep understanding of trade flows and post-trade regulatory reporting

• Strong grasp of FIX protocol and financial systems integration
