Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor: Provide day-to-day guidance to the security operations team, coaching analysts and developing their technical capabilities.
Drive incident response: Oversee the investigation and resolution of security incidents, ensuring a swift and coordinated approach to containment and recovery.
Enhance detection and monitoring: Refine security tools, develop new detection logic, and strengthen threat visibility across the enterprise.
Shape best practice: Contribute to the evolution of incident response frameworks and security procedures, aligning them with global standards and emerging risks.
Champion data protection: Support data loss prevention (DLP) initiatives, investigate alerts, and maintain compliance with information security policies.
Coordinate secure changes: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement configuration changes to firewalls, CASB, and other security infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and adherence to process.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong command of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and methodologies, paired with the ability to lead and inspire others. They will be analytical, decisive, and highly collaborative - capable of operating confidently in complex, fast-paced environments.
Why This Role
