The role

• Lead all Agile ceremonies and ensure effective sprint delivery

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to manage and refine the product backlog

• Champion team performance and facilitate continuous improvement

• Use MS devops to track progress and manage delivery

• Share knowledge and collaborate with other Scrum Masters across the business

The ideal candidate

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Hands-on knowledge of Agile tools
