Salesforce Technical Lead
Salary: £50K- £60K (Belfast, Hybrid working)

What You'll Do

• Lead and deliver end-to-end technical solutions on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud

• Guide teams on scalable architecture, performance optimisation, and offline capabilities

• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and manage delivery

• Provide hands-on support in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration/customisation

• Contribute to pre-sales, technical documentation, and internal coaching

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in Salesforce development and architecture (Apex, LWC, Visualforce)

• Strong knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud (base and enhanced model)

• Hands-on experience with integration patterns, security models, and DevOps (CI/CD, version control)

• Ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and explain technical concepts to non technical people

• Salesforce certifications, especially Consumer Goods Cloud or Architect track, are highly desirable
