RPA Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work within a collaborative tech team, helping to drive automation across the business and improve operational efficiency.

The Role:

• Identify, assess, and deliver automation opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders.

• Analyse and optimise existing processes before automating.

• Create and execute test plans for automated workflows.

• Maintain, monitor, and support RPA solutions.

• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

You'll Excel If You Have:

• Experience with RPA tools (e.g. Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.).

• A strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

• Experience documenting workflows and managing test cycles.

• Familiarity with APIs or AI-enhanced automation (desirable).
