An opportunity to drive robust risk management and governance practices in a dynamic setting, promoting a proactive risk culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective stakeholder engagement.

The role:

  • Lead and enhance the risk management framework, strategy, and policies.
  • Support proactive risk identification, assessment, and control across all departments.
  • Provide guidance, training, and tools to embed consistent risk practices.
  • Maintain risk registers and deliver accurate analysis and reporting.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance and effective controls.
  • Support corporate governance, policy development, and internal control improvements.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to advance risk and governance initiatives.

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

Essential:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as risk management, finance, accounting, insurance, business or administration.
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in the below:
  • Applying risk management audits and monitoring and reviewing risk registers.
  • Implementing business risk management processes.
  • Governance experience.
