Job Description
Reward Specialist - Craigavon
MCS Group are delighted to be sourcing a Reward Specialist, for a manufacturing client based in Craigavon, on a full-time permanent basis.
The Reward Specialist, reporting the Reward Partner, is responsible for the maintenance, administration and communication of comprehensive employee reward programs, policies, and procedures in accordance with regulations and the company's Total Reward strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Be a first point of contact for reward related queries and issues
- Run reports and support internal & external benchmarking exercises
- Key Participant in local surveys on current reward trends, pricing and policies
- Collaborates on communicating the reward program and policies effective to the company.
- Ensures proper communication regarding any change or updates
- The Person
- Considerable experience in a HR/Benefits role
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Experience working with multiple information systems/databases
- Attention to detail and highly accurate
- Strong numerical skills
- Interested in developing skills further within rewards & benefits space
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
