MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a trusted client to recruit a Resourcer to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to support large-scale projects across multiple technical disciplines.

The Role

Key Responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining pipelines of qualified candidates for upcoming and active projects

- Proactively engaging with existing talent in the database to strengthen long-term relationships

- Reconnecting with previous workers and identifying re-deployment opportunities

- Conducting proactive outreach to potential candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals

- Collaborating with senior team members to support end-to-end resourcing across all levels, including offshore roles

- Staying up to date with labour market trends to inform sourcing strategies

The Candidate

We're seeking an ambitious and people-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.

- Experience within a resourcing, recruitment, or talent engagement role

- Proven ability to manage candidate relationships and maintain engagement pipelines

- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills

- Comfortable using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards (beneficial)

- A self-starter who enjoys networking and building rapport across diverse candidate groups
