MCS Group is looking for a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager to join a global leader in the FinTech industry. This is a new, full-time permanent opportunity based in-office in Belfast.

The Role:

As the successful Regulatory Compliance Manager, you will play a key role in:

• Existing as senior POC for Belfast for transaction reporting queries across global ops and technology teams
• Development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Advising on the interpretation of transaction reporting riles (across EMIR, MiFIR & more)
• Preparation and submission of compliance reports to senior management and regulatory authorities

The Person:

The successful Regulatory Compliance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrable regulatory reporting / transaction reporting experience withing financial services
• Strong understanding of key regulations - MiFID & EMIR preferably
• Work experience in an operational risk or compliance position within financial services
• Excellent internal and external stakeholder relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills
