Recruitment Assistant - Hospitality - Belfast - Fixed Term Contract
MCS Group is delighted to be working alongside a well-known hospitality organisation, in the recruitment of a Recruitment Coordinator on a full-time, 10 Month Fixed Term Contract.
The Role
The Recruitment Coordinators key responsibility is to manage the recruitment and selection process and learn within a growing team. Key responsibilities include -
- Create, write and post Job Ads for up to 30+ roles at a time.
- Monitor and maintain all live roles on the Recruitment Applicant Tracking System.
- Liaise with all applicants throughout the process.
- Coordinate and organise interviews.
- Partake in interview panels.
- Review CVs, prepare offer letters and contract and respond to applications appropriately.
- Support the HR team on any other duties on an ad hoc basis.
The Successful candidate
- Proven experience in working within a fast-paced Recruitment role.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and work to high level of accuracy.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office Packages, and or Recruitment Systems.
