Quality & Hygiene Manager
Location: Dungannon
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: £40-50K (DOE)

MCS Group are proud to be recruiting for a Quality & Hygiene Manager on behalf of a leading food manufacturer. This role oversees food safety, product quality and site hygiene, leading the Quality & Hygiene team and acting as the main contact for audits, compliance and customer quality matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quality and hygiene teams, systems audits, and cleaning schedules
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints and quality issues
• Ensure site compliance with food safety standards and legislation
• Support HACCP, TACCP and VACCP systems alongside the Technical Manager
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain GMP across site operations
• Coach and train staff to meet quality and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Experience in food manufacturing quality or hygiene management
• Strong understanding of food safety systems and audit processes
• Leadership, communication and team development skills
• HACCP qualification desirable
