Quality Manager

MCS Group is recruiting a Quality Manager for our manufacturing client, one of the UK and Ireland's market leaders in the precision manufacture and delivery of temporary and permanent modular buildings.

As the Quality Manager you will:

• Be responsible for developing quality standards, procedures, and specifications for the Company's manufacturing facility in Lisburn and at project sites throughout the UK
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal quality of products at all times and to develop effective and efficient interfaces between factory and site, whilst collaborating with the wider team to ensure all company KPIs are met

You will have:

• A proven track record in a relevant manufacturing-based quality role
• Good knowledge and operation of quality systems in manufacturing alongside Knowledge and experience of Lean Six Sigma tools/ techniques including SPC, FMEA, Standard Operations, Lean, Sigma Logic, Problem Solving Documents etc
• An understanding of International AS9100 and other Quality systems standards is preferable
