Purchasing Manager

MCS Group is delighted to be working in partnership with a local company going through an exciting growth period, and are recruiting for a Purchasing Manager to join their Lisburn site.

Do you have a strong background in Purchasing?

Have experience working in a Manufacturing or Distribution environment?

Want to join a company going through an exciting transition?

You will;

• Be the main POC for all Purchasing functions for the Lisburn site.
• Build relationships with suppliers, source new suppliers.
• Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power
• Perform cost and scenario analysis
