Purchase Ledger Clerk
A company that operates in the security industry, supplying products throughout the UK, Republic of Ireland, and internationally. Known for their strong customer focus and excellent reputation. Due to significant business expansion, they are looking to hire a Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities
- Processing receipts and attaching them to purchase orders awaiting invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements with cash statements.
- Matching purchase orders and delivery receipts to supplier invoices.
- Raising orders in the cash system and allocating them to jobs, stock and vehicles.
- Following up on outstanding purchase orders, deliveries and queries.
- Checking in deliveries as they arrive at the store.
- Calculating engineer's time sheets.
Purchase Ledger Requirements
- Purchase ledger experience.
- Sage experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills.
- Being able to work of own accord.
Purchase Ledger Benefits
- £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE).
