Project Manager (ERP Implementations)

MCS Group are proud to be working with a successful, growing organisation who are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple customer projects, working closely with consultants, trainers, and internal teams. You'll be responsible for making sure projects run smoothly - on time, on budget, and with great customer satisfaction.

(Remote from UK mainland - On-site Client Visits)

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of ERP projects at enterprise level
• Create project plans, schedules, and documentation to keep everything on track
• Own change management, resource planning, and budgeting
• Lead customer meetings and manage stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with Sales, Development, and Support for seamless handovers
• Spot risks, prevent scope creep, and ensure successful outcomes

What you'll bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager
• Background in ERP implementations
• Knowledge of Agile/LEAN, with PMP or similar a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to juggle people, priorities, and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Word
