We're on the lookout for a Business Systems Project Manager to lead cutting-edge tech projects that are transforming how we work-from ERP and MES systems to automation and traceability tools that drive smarter, more sustainable production.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver digital transformation projects across production, engineering, and IT.

• Manage timelines, resources, and risk to ensure successful delivery.

• Work with internal teams and tech partners to roll out systems like ERP, MES and SCADA.

• Keep stakeholders informed and engaged from discovery through delivery.

• Ensure every project delivers tangible impact on efficiency, compliance and sustainability.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience managing digital or IT projects in fast-paced environments.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Smartsheets or Microsoft Project.

• Strong communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.

• A passion for innovation, tech, and continuous improvement.

• Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) are a bonus.

Nice to Have:
Experience in food manufacturing, ERP/MES systems, or smart factory upgrades.
