Process Setter (Medical Device)

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Process Setter for our client who is a leading medical device manufacturing company.

As the Process Setter you will have:

• Experience working in a polymer processing environment
• Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades A-C including Maths and English
• Willingness to work shifts on a rotating pattern

You will:

• Operate extrusion lines, injection moulding machines and liquid silicone resin moulding machines
• Carry out efficient tooling changes (Injection Moulding} and die changes (Extrusion) according to SOP
• Carry out Preventative Maintenance (PM} of all equipment
• Use troubleshooting methods to identify and resolve problems to ensure the efficient running of the Mould Shop
