Principal AI Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to announce an exciting new position for a Senior AI Engineer to join a groundbreaking Irish start up at a critical time in their product development.

The Role:

• Design, build and maintain robust LLM powered processing workflows
• Develop cutting edge testing suites related to bespoke LLM performance metrics
• Foster and take the lead in a creative environment when it comes to AI frameworks and models.
• Monitor performance and own the breaking and fixing of developing complex

The Person:

• Happy to work in a start up environment that is high energy, highly creative and values IN-PERSON collaboration
• Proven expertise in mathematics and classical machine learning algorithms (Neural networks)
• Engineering background ideally in start ups with expertise in Typescript/Python.
• Deep knowledge and expertise of LLMs (Anthropic/OpenAI/HuggingFace)
• Full right to work in Ireland (Stamp 4/EU Citizenship)
