Payroll Administrator

Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:

• Ensure the comprehensive, prompt, and accurate processing of weekly wages and monthly payroll.
• Accurately input data from time-sheets to meet deadlines for weekly payroll.
• Accurately input data for monthly payroll payments.
• Process BACS payments for weekly and monthly payroll accurately.
• Reconcile all nominal accounts impacted by payroll transactions.
• Reconcile and pay holiday credits.
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records according to company procedures and HMRC guidelines.

Payroll Administrator Requirement:

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• End to end payroll experience
• Previous experience doing payroll for 70+ people
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
