MCS Group are looking for an Payroll & Workforce Management Director to join a global accountancy firm based in the Dublin area.

The Company:

Our client is leading global accountancy firm based in the Dublin area and have multiple offices across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. They are an all Ireland firm that provide a range of accountancy services to their extensive customer base. Now is a great time to join the company as they look to add a Payroll & Workforce Management Director to the Consulting team in their Dublin office.

The Rewards:

• €95-130k + extensive benefits;

The Role:

As the successful Payroll & Workforce Management Director you will report directly to the Human Capital Partner and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversight for portfolio of clients;
• Business development of new clients/projects;
• Act as key advisor on HCM, Payroll, WFM and Benefit solutions;
• Prepare high quality planning & reporting;
• Mentoring & training junior staff;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person:

The successful Payroll & Workforce Management Director will meet the following criteria:

• Strong HR technology experience focusing on payroll and time processes;
• Strong consulting/transformation experience;
• Strong management experience;
• Strong communication skills.
