MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an innovative clean technology company based in Belfast to recruit a part-time Senior HR Advisor. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth organisation at a formative stage and play a central role in shaping its people strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle

- Implementing, and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and employment contracts, and drafting new policies if needed

- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation

- Managing HR systems and maximising the use of Employment Hero

- Coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities during a period of expansion

- Supporting performance management and development frameworks

- Advising managers on people-related matters

- Contributing to workforce planning, succession planning, and organisational growth initiatives

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience in a generalist HR role

- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office

- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in an evolving organisation

- Positive attitude to adapt to the needs of a scaling business

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- CIPD qualification desirable

- Experience in a manufacturing / operational environment beneficial
