.Net Software Engineers - Mid to Senior

MCS Group is proud to be partnering with a global leader in the FinTech industry as they embark on their next phase of expansion, building out a new team within their Belfast office. This company has gone from strength to strength to become a well-established leader in their industry with over 60 offices across the globe - and now, their Belfast office will play a key role in their next stage of growth.

To spearhead this innovative project, they are seeking to welcome talented .Net Software Engineers across intermediate and senior level, who will work on building a world-leading piece of software which will be used across their brands all over the globe.

The Role:

• Develop pioneering software for high-performance financial trading applications used worldwide using .Net, C#, SQL and AWS
• Work in an Agile environment, focusing on Continuous Improvement and Deployment
• Collaborate in a high-performing, cross-functional team, working across the full software development lifecycle to build and drive the completion of key software features
• Ensure high code quality through unit tests and code reviews, and partner with Quality Assurance teams to deliver top-quality software
• Experiment with various technologies to find the best solutions
• Align solutions with IT strategy, providing support and mentoring to colleagues and wider team members

The Company:

• 3+ years experience working with C# or .Net
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure or GCP is desirable
• Previous experience designing and developing software solutions within an agile environment
• Previous experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment and agile methodologies
• Previous experience in FinTech/financial services is desireable, but not essential
