MCS Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading food/drink manufacturer for a Multi-skilled Line Technician to support production line operations, maintenance and changeovers. The role ensures customer orders are fulfilled efficiently, with a strong focus on safety, hygiene, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support breakdown response and machine set-up/changeovers
• Carry out basic maintenance and assist with fault finding
• Maintain hygiene standards and minimise waste
• Accurately complete operational and quality documentation
• Work collaboratively with the wider team and engineering function

Requirements:

• Time-served apprenticeship or experience with manufacturing machinery
• Working towards NVQ/BTEC Level 2 (or equivalent) in electrical/mechanical
• Proactive, responsible and flexible approach
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
