ML Ops Engineer

MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a local financial services organisation as they add a ML Ops Engineer to their team in a role that will see you have real impact. The position will see you working on the company wide digital transformation and change projects. You will work with a dedicated team of data scientists and engineers to drive GenAI initiatives and have the opportunity to lead in an organisation that values growth and flexibility.

The package:

• Salary £50,000 to £58,000 depending on experience
• Health insurance
• 10% Company Pension contribution
• Market-leading holiday entitlement (40 days)

About the role:

• This is an exciting time to join and be involved in developing Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence capabilities within the organisation.
• You will have the opportunity to work on collaborative Greenfield Data Projects.
• You will contribute to the design and scaling of ML infrastructure pipelines.
• Assist in the automation of ML task.

About you:

• Experience in building ML pipelines on cloud solutions (Azure/AWS)
• Solid experience with Python, PyTorch, Tensorflow or similar frameworks
• A strong background in ML using tools such as Airflow, Kubernetes, Docker or OpenShift.
• A true Team player with flexibility and the ability to use your initiative.
• Strong communication and leadership skills
