Materials Planner (Larne)

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a talented supply chain professional for the role of Materials Planning Analyst with our client based in Larne.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a manufacturing company. This role will be offered on a temporary contract basis and based in Larne.

In this role you will:

• Work as part of the wider team involving all aspects of the role from material planning to production scheduling to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production facility.
• Collaborate closely with supplier to create and coordinate schedules to meet production plans, along with seeking continuous improvements.

The successful candidate:-

• A degree in a Supply chain/Business or Engineering related discipline OR
• Previous experience gained in a fast-paced similar supply- chain, materials or planning role.
• You will display excellent analytical, problem solving, planning and IT/Computer skills eg Excel
