Manufacturing Engineer

MCS Group is recruiting a Manufacturing Engineer for our global manufacturing client based in Larne

This role will be offered on a 12-month contract based in Larne on a 4 day working week pattern.

As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will have an opportunity to provide the technical expertise necessary to design, develop, and implement manufacturing systems, complex manufacturing operations and sophisticated machines.

You will have:

• A degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical engineering with ideally 2 years relevant manufacturing engineering experience. (Candidates with lesser qualifications but with significant relevant experience will be considered)
• Experience of lean manufacturing practices, line balancing and investigation of problems and implementing solutions.
• The ability to read engineering drawings and working with MRP/ERP systems.
