Ballymena | Full-Time | £50-60K (DOE)

MCS Group is proud to be recruiting for a Maintenance Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company. You'll oversee all site maintenance, lead a team, and ensure equipment and plant run efficiently and safely.

The company is in a high growth phase with new investment into both the facilities and plant and has massive opportunities to progress for an individual who is motivated and hard working.

Key Requirements:

• Recent experience in a maintenance management role
• Strong understanding of H&S and quality standards
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Desirable:

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing
