My client is hiring a Level 2 Engineer to join a tight-knit team supporting a diverse client base across Dublin and Europe. You'll work directly with customers and get involved in everything from Microsoft 365 rollouts to network troubleshooting and endpoint management. What you'll be doing
Handling complex tickets across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, networking, and device management
Supporting client-specific projects and implementations (e.g. O365 migrations, endpoint rollouts, firewall installs)
Acting as the escalation point from Level 1, and collaborating with Level 3 engineers
Contributing to proposals, pre-sales, and documentation - not just fixing, but improving
Visiting client sites occasionally (travel reimbursed)
Identifying process improvements and helping scale operations as the company grows
Tech you'll be working with
Microsoft 365 - Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, security policies
Azure AD - Conditional access, hybrid join, sync tools, device policies
Windows Server environments - AD, GPOs, DNS, DHCP
Endpoint management - Intune, Autopilot, Defender, BitLocker
Networking - TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs (e.g. SonicWALL, UniFi), firewall config
Virtualisation - Hyper-V or VMware
PowerShell - for automation and admin tasks
Documentation tools - IT Glue, SharePoint, or similar
What we're looking for
3-6 years' total experience in IT support, with at least 1-2 years in an MSP
A natural problem-solver who enjoys juggling varied workloads
Confidence speaking to clients and taking ownership of issues
Experience logging time and closing tickets efficiently
Certifications like AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102, CompTIA Network+, or CCNA are a plus - but not essential if you've got the experience
