Level 2 IT Engineer - Dublin (Onsite, Company Vehicle)

Location: Dublin (Full-time onsite)
Salary: Up to €60,000 + Company Van + Benefits

We're working with a well-established MSP that's growing fast and needs another strong pair of hands to support their client base across Ireland. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, wants to keep learning, and prefers to be out from behind the desk, this could be a great fit.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract initially, with a strong view to permanency based on performance.
This isn't just a short-term gap-fill - the team is growing, and this role is part of that bigger picture. If things go well (as they often do here), there's a clear path to a permanent role.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing and configuring server hardware, firewalls, core infrastructure, Wi-Fi, and cloud solutions

• Supporting project rollouts and infrastructure migrations for a varied client base

• Providing onsite and remote support for hardware and software issues

• Acting as an escalation point for Level 1-3 support teams

• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues end-to-end

• Working alongside sales and project managers to plan and deliver client solutions

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships

• Mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge across the team

• Travelling to client sites across ROI when required (with company van provided)

Tech Stack You'll Work With:

• Microsoft 365 & Windows Server

• VMware, Hyper-V, Veeam

• Firewalls and networking (configuration & troubleshooting)

• Storage solutions and cloud platforms

• Microsoft & Apple environments

• Wireless and AV technologies

What We're Looking For:

• 4-6+ years' experience in a hands-on IT support or project engineering role

• Experience in an MSP or client-facing environment preferred

• Broad technical understanding - a solid all-rounder

• Great communication skills and confident dealing with clients

• Full clean driving licence (essential)

• Motivated to learn and upskill - support for certs is provided

Important: This role is fully onsite in Dublin - hybrid/remote is not available. You'll be primarily based in the Dublin HQ with travel to client sites as required.
