Front-end Lead

MCS Group is thrilled to be partnering with an innovative leader in the banking space in their search for a seasoned Front-end Lead to help drive the evolution of their cutting-edge digital banking platform.

The Role:
As Front-end Lead, you'll play a key role in influencing both design direction and technical implementation. You'll contribute to hands-on development, building scalable, maintainable front-end architecture while setting the standards and best practices. You'll have a chance to grow and scale a talented team here in Belfast.

You'll Need:

• Strong experience in front-end development.
• Expertise in modern frameworks and languages such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable UI architecture
• Familiarity with cloud-based environments and a solid understanding of security best practices
• Front-end leadership experience, in a lead position or leading projects.

Nice to Have:

• Industry experience in finance, including banking, payments, investment, or loyalty platforms
