Junior Quantity Surveyor (Belfast)

MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Belfast.

This is an ongoing temporary contract with immediate start, offering a chance to gain exposure within a well-established Contracts & Framework environment.

What You'll Do

• Verify and certify supplier payments.
• Assist in project cost management systems and monthly reporting.
• Support the preparation and review of NEC4 contracts.
• Advise project managers on contract compliance.
• Ensure adherence to procedures for construction works and services.

About you:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction/engineering discipline.
• Ideally, 2 years' experience within a construction environment.
• Good knowledge of measurement, valuation, and construction technology.
• Strong skills in MS Office 365 (Word & Excel).
