MCS is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a valued client to recruit an HR BP. This is a key opportunity to join an established HR function and take ownership of high-volume employee relations activity across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

The Role

Working closely with the HR Manager, the successful candidate will provide hands-on support in all aspects of HR, including:

- Managing investigations, grievances, and disciplinary processes from start to finish

- Advising line managers on complex HR matters in line with best practice and employment legislation

- Supporting consistency and compliance across NI and ROI jurisdictions

- Building trusted relationships with stakeholders in a fast-paced operational environment

- Contributing to wider HR initiatives and projects as part of a collaborative, multi-site team

The Person

- Strong ER experience

- Strong organisational and communication skills

- Knowledge of NI or ROI employment legislation (desirable)

- CIPD qualification (or working towards)

- Ideally suited to someone currently in an HR Officer or Advisor position seeking to progress
