Information Security Manager

MCS Group is excited to be partnering with an innovative technology driven Fintech organisation with offices in Belfast and Dublin. The company have grown exponentially within their industry and are now ready to expand the team further. With a plethora of exciting characters and welcoming company culture, they are seeking to add an Information Security Manager to their team.

Main duties and responsibilities for the Information Security Manager:

• Responsible for developing and implementing enterprise wide security program to ensure top class security protection.
• Identify and prepare reports on risks and threats related to current work streams.
• Be the highest point of contact within the organisation in relation to IT Security and communicate with all stakeholders to a high standard.
• Devise and carry out regular security related audits, policies and procedures.
• Keep up to date with all the latest emerging threats and collaborate with all internal teams to ensure protection.

Qualifications/experience required for the next Security Manager:

• Minimum of 5 year's experience working in IT security.
• Ideally candidates would come from a network or infrastructure background originally.
• Experience with regulatory/compliance requirements such as PCI, ISO, ITIL, SOC, CIS and DORA.
• Tech Desired: Network, Infrastructure, Applications, Secure architecture design, Cloud Technology (AWS Preferred)
• Happy to be on site 2 days per week.

Salary / package for the next Security Engineer:

• Up to £75,000 DOE (Reviewed annually)
