Your week will typically combine helpdesk work, on-site visits to the warehouse, and hybrid collaboration days in the Dublin office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and remote tools.

  • Deliver on-site field support for hardware, networking, and application issues.

  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.

  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding, permissions, and access requests.

  • Perform system checks, updates, and patch management.

  • Document incidents, resolutions, and configuration changes clearly.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when required.

  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout all interactions.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an IT support or field engineering role.

  • Confident troubleshooting hardware and software across desktop and mobile platforms.

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows OS.

  • Good grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.

  • Capable of managing your own workload and working independently when on site.

  • Full Irish driving licence and access to transport (field travel required).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Zebra or Honeywell printers and barcode scanners.

  • Familiarity with FreshService or similar helpdesk systems.

  • Working knowledge of Intune, SQL, or API troubleshooting.

  • Awareness of ITIL principles or relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco).

  • Any exposure to ERP systems such as Infor M3 is an advantage.

Why Apply?

This is a varied, hands-on role offering autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to a wide mix of technologies. You'll be part of a supportive IT team that values initiative and continuous learning, with hybrid working and regular onsite interaction.
