A leading professional services firm in Belfast is seeking a talented IT Support Analyst to join its growing IT team.
You'll be the first point of contact for over 190 staff, delivering first-class support and helping to drive forward exciting infrastructure projects, including a cloud migration to Azure Virtual Desktop.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad IT experience, working across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, VMware, Cisco/Palo Alto networking, and a range of specialist applications.

What you'll do:

• Provide first line IT support via phone, email, and in person.
• Manage incidents through the service desk, ensuring timely resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Support system roll outs and IT projects.
• Assist with IT security, audits, and compliance.

What we're looking for:

• At least 2 year's experience in a first line IT support role.
• A 3rd level or professional IT qualification.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and basic networking.
• A motivated problem solver with a professional, approachable manner.
