Job Description
MCS Group are currently working with one of the most established Construction companies in Northern Ireland while they are on the lookout for an IT Support Analyst to join their team.
Currently sitting with a team of 4 this person will be joining a well established support function. Supporting across 16 different sites.
You will be responsible for:
Offer technical assistance to the Group and IT User by providing support across hardware and software functions.
Implement and support the business IT strategy, addressing technical needs from internal projects.
Ensure a stable environment that allows the IT department to meet business demands promptly.
Evaluate and consistently enhance processes and technology to boost efficiency, strengthen security, and reduce costs.
Requirements:
1+ year experience within an IT Support role or similar.
Valid Driving Licence and access to vehicle
Remuneration:
Monday to Friday (early Friday finish)
Private medical healthcare
Hybrid (3 In office, 2 WFH) after 6 month probation.
