Job Description
MCS Group are currently working with a well-established Manufacturing company who are seeking a Service Desk Team Lead to support the wider business.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the:
2nd and 3rd line support of the local in-house team and wider company.
Acting as final point of escalation for complex issues.
Office 365 support, Active Directory, Licensing support.
Assisting the IT Service Delivery Manager in the day to day operation and continuous improvement.
Manage 3rd party vendors.
Carry out performance development reviews with the team and ensure all training is provided.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in an IT Support role.
Hands-on hardware and software support.
1-2 years managing an IT Support team
Access to a vehicle and driving licence.
Experience carrying out 1 to 1s, and team management duties.
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £45,000
Monday - Friday
On-Site in (Portadown) 1 day wfh
